DELIVERY POLICY

- Free Shipping worldwide to any country!

- Promotional giveaway items do not have free shipping and may incur in a simbolic small shipping charge!

- Due to overwhelming demand for our products and customs procedures of your country, your purchase is expected to arrive within 08-20 working days. If you do not receive the product within this deadline, please contact us at thatglamstore@gmail.com and we will make the best to give you a solution!

- You will receive a tracking number within 5 days after the purchase and a website link that you can use to track your order. Sometimes the shipping company takes up to 10 days to activate and update the tracking number in their system, so do not worry if the tracking code takes a little longer to inform the location of you package.

- Every country has different customs laws and procedures. For this reason, in a few cases, It may be possible that your order takes longer to arrive due to the customs procedures (it depends on your country). It is possible that your product may incur other charges whilst in transit. That Glam Store is not responsible for these charges. But we will do our best to send it to you in a light package, which reduces the chances of customs issues.

Due to the high volume of orders, many of our items are sourced in bulk from global suppliers. For this reason, if you buy more then one item, you might receive the products at different days. We don't like to keep our dear customers waiting so we send each item as soon as it arrives!

- If you are not home during the delivery time, don't worry. Most of the items will be left in your postbox if they fit. If the postal service does not have access to your postbox, it will usually be left at your local post office for you to pick up. They will also leave a note informing the pick up location! 

- Our system proccess the orders in the same time as we receive it, to ship your order as soon as possible. For this reason, it is only possible to change the delivery address if you let us know within 2 hours of your order placement.

 

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

- We are happy to offer a refund to our clients, in case you are not happy with it or if it is damaged! The conditions to the refunds are:

  • Items must be not used and in the same conditions as they arrived;
  • They must be returned to our warehouse;
  • Only regular priced items can be refunded, sales, promotional or give away items cannot be refunded.

    Here are the steps to follow:
  •  Email us at thatglamstore@gmail.com, including a picture of the item and the reason for the refund;
  • We will answer you within 48 hours with the return center address;
  • After returning the product, inform us the tracking number and we will fully refund the order;
  • The complaints must be made within 3 days after you received your order. Complaints after this timeframe will not be considered.

- If the item does not fit and you want to exchange for another size, please email us with your order number and correct size. We will get back to you within 48 hours and provide further instructions!
